The included stainless steel straw is extendable and adjusts to fit the bottle size. You can decide whether you want to drink with or without the straw. The ergonomic drinking opening can be opened and closed with just one thumb. This is the ideal lid for quick hydration while playing sports or on the go.

Note for carbonated drinks: The mouthpiece of the Flip Sport Cap should be opened slowly to allow the pressure to escape through the small vent hole and prevent liquid from splashing out of the mouthpiece.
