They come with an acacia wood lid, which features our logo and our motto "Konfetti für die Seele" (Confetti for the soul) engraved on it. Borosilicate glass is a very robust material that is dishwasher safe and 100% recyclable. Our lids are made of untreated acacia wood, making each lid unique in its grain. Wipe the acacia wood lids only with a damp cloth and dry them immediately so the wood does not warp. Of course, you can oil the lids before first use, just like any other wood, to protect them from grease marks. However, that is a matter of personal preference.
