ErblühTee (Blossoming Tea) offers the connoisseur an extraordinary experience: inside the sphere is an artfully incorporated exotic blossom. However, the sphere only reveals its secret when it is placed in a vessel of boiling hot water. It begins to open slowly and, at the end of the infusion display, brings forth the embedded blossom, which rises from it in a rich variety of forms and colors.
Almost everything about this tea is handmade. Only a few so-called master binders are reserved the right to bind the dried leaves of the white tea into a spherical shape, as the knowledge of this rare art is strictly guarded. Thus, ErblühTee remains a valuable rarity of China.
Preparation
Step 1: Boil water and pour immediately into a glass carafe. Please note: Unlike green tea preparation, the use of boiling hot water is necessary here to ensure optimal opening of the ErblühTee spheres.
