The BPA-free Sport Cap is perfect for drinking, but the bottle should be kept upright during transport and ideally stored on the outside of a backpack, as droplets can escape from the small ventilation seal when shaken. For the best leak-proof performance, use a Loop Cap made of BPA-free plastic or stainless steel. On the other hand, the stainless steel bottle with the Sport Cap is suitable for carbonated beverages. Please note that a stainless steel lid is not suitable for carbonated or hot drinks.
