Ten digits, five colors: who will crack the code first?
In the exciting card game Kryptx, everyone has secret code cards that only they know – and they should stay that way for as long as possible! Round after round, however, players must reveal information about their own code cards. Those who play their cards right and lead their opponents around by the nose for as long as possible will, with a bit of luck, be the first to unmask others' secret cards and win the game. Good deductive skills and a clever strategy are key. Thanks to the handy cards in a modern, colorful design and the small card holders, the game is ideal for taking anywhere, providing plenty of fun for your next game night or while traveling. How to play:
- At the beginning, everyone receives a certain number of number cards, depending on the number of players. These are the secret code cards, which you place in the card holders in front of you and must keep secret from the others.
- On your turn, play one of your 3 hand cards to reveal information about your own code cards:
- Hand cards with the same value or color are placed IN FRONT OF the corresponding code card
- Hand cards that have no matches with the code cards are placed sideways next to them
- In the second step, players are asked direct yes/no questions about the color or value of one of the code cards.
- On the notepad, players can keep track of which cards have already been played and what information they have already gathered.
- The first person to correctly identify all the cards of the others wins – provided, of course, that the solution is actually correct.
