The gaia loofah sponge
The loofah sponge is the dried, inner part of a loofah plant. This plant belongs to the so-called sponge gourds (even if it looks like a giant zucchini). The sponge is therefore pure nature, 100% plastic-free, and biodegradable.
Our loofah sponges are grown in Egypt using sustainable production methods and are sewn there directly. We know the local producers and ensure that the environment and the people are treated and paid fairly.
