Opinel Mushroom Knife, stainless, beechwood

This knife was developed by Opinel specifically for harvesting and preparing mushrooms. With its fine, curved Sandvik stainless steel blade and serrated back, mushrooms can be skinned with ease. At the end of the handle, made of natural varnished beech wood, is a boar bristle brush, which helps to easily brush off any soil residue from the mushrooms.
